Formulation of mathematical models related to Civil and Environmental Engineering, and their solution and simulation using computer-aided analytical and numerical methods. Models to be studied are infiltration, evaporation, evapotranspiration,water flow in soil, mass transport in fluids, soil dynamics, wave/vibration,surface runoff and hydrology.
